I can overcome this by going from a 0.4mm nozzle to a 0.25mm, but the print really looks fine without that except for this little gap. WebbFor what its worth I print with a 1.0mm nozzle regularly with a stock prusa mk3. It pops like crazy because I live in a very wet area but I'm able to get around it by slowing the first layer down and very carefully babysitting the first layer whenever I switch nozzles. At that volume the speed goes down some but the prints are crazy strong.
