I re-installed all the parts (CPU, Cooler, RAM, GPU) and shorted the pins again. Surprise, I got to the BIOS splash screen again (no GPU fans spinning). Tried to attach a Keyboard directly, no luck. I can't boot from my USB to install windows. After leaving it, I end up stuck with a blinking white cursor in the top left of the screen.
