WebWe use Bitlocker. But we run Windows 8.1 and Server 2012r2. So it is included. We have one WIndows 7 Pro machine used for XRay stuff that is encrypted with TrueCrypt. But that is how it came from the vendor. It's all documented in our "Big book O' HIPPA". We also have documentation we wrote out for why it is TrueCrypt and not Bitlocker.
